Bonus for October students

  1. All 6-month contract students will receive 50% (¥20,000) of the entrance fee (¥40,000) waived.

  2. The contract period for October students is from 9/26~3/25.

  3. Bicycles will be provided free of charge. *Only if the dormitory is more than 1.5 km (20 minutes walk) away from the school.

Recommendation of a caretaker

  1. Recommendation of a caretaker: You must be recommended by one of the dormitory's contractors.

  2. Privileges of a caretaker

    ・50% exemption from monthly rent: The manager will be allocated a 2-person room (4.5 or 6 tatami mats) in Dormitory No. 4.

    ・Number of recommended (selected) students : 1~2 *Depends on the number of students contracted for the dormitory

    ・Period : Basically 6 months *After that, we will discuss with you.

  3. Duties of a caretaker

    ・Inspect the cleanliness of the dormitory: Visit each dormitory once~twice a week.

    ・Contact students via Facebook, Zalo, LINE, etc.

    ・Other duties related to the dormitory

About 3-month payment

The basic contract term of the dormitory is 6 months, but 3-month installment payments are accepted. However, a discount on the entrance fee will not be applied to those who pay in 3-month installments. Also, after entering the dormitory, students are required to pay one month's rent in advance for the 4th, 5th, and 6th months each month.
